When will my items be sent?

All So & So Jewellery and trinkets are made and shipped in small batches by Sophie. Posting day is normally a Monday or Tuesday following a product release on a Friday. If this is due to differ, you will be alerted to any change prior to ordering. If ordering outside of this time, the item will be posted within 3-5 working days from the order date. e.g. if ordering on a Tuesday, your item will be posted between Friday ~ Monday.

How will my jewellery be sent?

 All earrings, necklaces and bracelets are sent on a So & So presentation card and then wrapped in vibrant pink tissue paper with a So & So sticker. Your will also get a thank you/care card included to give advice on how to make your jewellery last for years to come. Packaging is degradable, reusable and recyclable. Jewellery parcels fit through the letterbox, perfect if you have plans to go out.

How will my trinket dish / tray be sent?

Trinket dishes and trays are different shapes and sizes and therefore they are sent in different sized KRAFT card boxes. You're trinkets will be wrapped up securely and finished off with a vibrant pink tissue paper with a So & So sticker and a business card. Packaging is degradable, reusable and recyclable.

What shipping options do I have?

I currently ship to the UK. If you would like me to ship to your area, and cannot see your location listed as a delivery option, please contact me.

Standard UK shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for (approx 3 days)

Other shipping options are available and listed if you would prefer a speedy option or to track it's journey.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by weight due to the heavy nature of some of the products stocked. To calculate the total shipping cost, add your items and select your address at the basket stage and it will be calculated for you. The price will be between £3 and £5 for total weight under 1kg. Scallop trinket trays weigh around 350g to give you a guide.

I've selected Tracked Shipping, how do I follow my order?

You'll receive a tracking email following your order being posted. This will contain a tracking number that you can look up on www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Do you accept exchanges?

I don't accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

I gladly accept returns of bracelets, necklaces, trinket dish or trays. Earrings are non-returnable due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons. 

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

How do I return an item?

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

 ~ Custom or personalised orders

 ~ Intimate items. e.g. earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

 ~ Items on sale

 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you're looking to return a bracelet, necklace, trinket dish or tray, the customer is required to pay the shipping fee unless there is a fault with the item. Please use the contact form if you have a query or would like to return your order.

Who pays for customs and import taxes?

This is currently N/A as I only ship within the UK. When shipping is expanded, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
